Text Box: SECOND LANGUAGE Purpose: To promote and increase the ability of men and women to be able to communicate basic information and also to teach the gospel of Jesus Christ in a foreign language and/or sign language. Participation: Open to participants from kindergarten through adults. Participants do not have to attend convention. Demonstration of these skills will be done on a local level. Awards: Bronze, Silver and Gold awards will be given at convention according to the participants meeting the individual requirements as set forth in the rules book.
