Song Leading & Songs of Praise...
Text Box: SONG LEADING Purpose: To train young men to lead singing in appropriate situations such as: Worship, Bible Class, Devotionals, etc. Participation: Boys in grades 3-12 participate separately. Students in kindergarten through second grade may lead but will not be judged. Songs are selected by the participant. Awards: Trophies are given to finalists, first, second and third place winners in each grade division. SONGS OF PRAISE Purpose: To train young ladies to lead singing in appropriate situations such as: Ladies Bible class, Ladies Retreats, Ladies Day Events, etc. Participation: Girls in grades 3-12 participate separately. Students in kindergarten through second grade may lead but will not be judged. Songs are selected by the participant. No males are allowed in the room while the girls are leading singing at convention. Awards: Awards are given to finalists, first, second and third place winners in each grade division.
