Rounded Rectangle: Rules Book Rounded Rectangle: Event Categories Rounded Rectangle: Introductory DVD Rounded Rectangle: Workshop Information Rounded Rectangle: Frequently Asked Questions Text Box: The goal of Lads to Leaders & Leaderettes is to provide churches of Christ with effective, year-round leadership training tools that can be adapted to individual congregational needs.  Students are encouraged to become more involved at their home congregation through our Advanced events (Bible Reading, Speech, Song Leading/Songs of Praise and Puppets). The purpose of Lads to Leaders & Leaderettes is to help local congregations instill the Word of God into youth and adults so that they will naturally stand firm in the faith. More than half of our events (22) are non-competitive. They involve reading the Bible, speaking, leading singing, memorizing Scripture, serving others and many more valuable activities. We're Losing HALF???!!! One Christian University survey found that only half of the youths in Churches of Christ remain faithful after high school graduation!
