Online Registration Information...

Text Box: Online registration for the 2011 convention. Online registration for the 2011 convention will open in the fall. Our target date is early of December. Team Leaders, if you do not receive your packet by Monday, November 15, please contact the National Service Center. Please also note that you will have to contact the National Service Center for your password. This is to ensure that all groups receive their packets in a timely manner. Please contact us as soon as you receive and open your registration packet. The registration system will NOT be open when you receive your packets. This is to ensure that all groups will have a chance to get hotel rooms. We will open the system as soon as all packets have been received and passwords assigned. Therefore, it is absolutely imperative that you contact us for your password as soon as you receive the packet. The online registration process is quick and easy to use! ATTENTION ATLANTA GROUPS: We will be in a different hotel beginning in 2011 ~ the Marriott Marquis. Many of you are familiar with this hotel from past conventions. Because of the meeting space configuration, we will be having two colors starting in 2011. All awards ceremonies will be in the Marriott Marquis, but there is a chance that we will need to book meeting space in an adjacent hotel—either the Hilton or Hyatt. We will make that clear when schedules are set. All sleeping rooms will be in the Marriott Marquis. ATTENTION NASHVILLE GROUPS: Please book ONLY the rooms that you need so that all who want to attend can get rooms. For the 2010 convention, our full block of rooms was booked in just over 2 hours on the first day of registration. Prior to the hotel deadline, many rooms were dropped and we ended up using only 84% of the rooms. We had groups change to other convention locations or not attend at all because the rooms filled so quickly. PLEASE DO NOT OVERBOOK ROOMS. After rooms are fully booked, if you choose to arrange your own hotel rooms elsewhere, please click on the “No Vacancy” link below for a list of alternate hotels/motels near Opryland. We may secure a block of rooms at the Radisson again, but they were not needed in 2009 or 2010, so we will be waiting to see what is needed this year. ATTENTION MEMPHIS GROUPS: We used all rooms available to us at the Marriott in 2010, so please book ONLY the rooms that you need and do not hold onto rooms “just in case you need them.” We will be looking at overflow opportunities and will communicate with you as that need arises. Although all convention registration is done through our website, the registration forms are available in Adobe PDF format (links below). They can be printed and used by group leaders to collect registration information from their congregations.
