Scholarship
The scholarship application is now an interactive form that you can fill in and submit to the National Service Center by email. Click on the link below to open the PDF application. Please note that you must have Adobe Reader 7.0 or later for the form to function properly. You can go to www.adobe.com and click on the button that says “Get Adobe Reader” if you do not already have the free program. To update your current version, open Adobe Reader and click on “Help.” From the list of options, choose “Check for Updates Now.” Go through the steps shown to update your Adobe Reader.
When the form is open in Adobe Reader, check the box above the form that says ”Highlight Fields.” This will make filling in the application easier. Before submitting the form by email, click the button at the top of the page that says “Print Form” so that you will have a copy for yourself. To send the application by email, simply click the button at the top of the page that says “Submit by Email” and follow the instructions. You will receive a reply to the email to confirm receipt of the application. This will be the only confirmation that you will receive. There are instructions on the form regarding the submission of essays and reference letters that are part of the application.
